CERTIFICATE- 1 colour foil on purple stock

i have looked at a range of different paper stocks from stokers such as GF SMITH. here are some variations of stocks which they have to offer. below i have selected a range of stocks which would be appropriate foe the certificates and tickets which i have designed. for the colour i would choose VIOLET. i would choose the weight of the paper to be 134GSM as this will be the right thickness to make the certificates and tickets feel official, but not be too thick. i will also choose one of the embossing services which they have to offer, this is so the whole stock will be textured. i would chose the CORD embossing style for the paper. this is so the foil and type will standout more form the design as it will be flat where ever there is been a print and textured where ever there is no print. therefore it will have a LETTERPRESS effect.



I have chosen to use PEWTER colour foil for the boarder, title and logo and black type for the other information on the certificate.
