DEVELOPMENT- menu Front/Back (best ideas)

i have designed some variations for the back of the menu i have kept the designs simple so that the it works along side the front of the menu. i have used the back as aspace to put details such as the address, it is also a nice space for the smoothie icon, which can be made bigger to have more impact.
